This homemade costume for men entered our 2014 Halloween Costume Contest.

A word from Stacy, the 'Buzz Lightyear' costume creator:

I'm entering my husband into the most creative costume contest! He has spent the last two weeks making is Buzz Lightyear costume. The costume is made completely out of all types of foam. Then he glued and painted everything and even added all the buttons! The buttons are made from deodorant and spray can caps with small key chain lights inside so that they actually light up!

He's super into Halloween, but this is by far the best one yet!

My 4 yr old grand daughter has her heart set on the family dressing up like Toy Story characters. She wants her dad to be Buzz. Any chance you can share details and or patterns for making this costume? I figure if I start now I will have all the costumes done on time
